There are several Real Estate Pre-Licensing Law courses available locally. These courses consist of sixty-three hours of class time. The course may be completed in as little time as one full week of day classes or more time by taking evening classes for a period of up to nine weeks.

The Salesperson exam consists of Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principals and Practices and Ten Math questions. The State exam is given Bank of America Building, 11691 Gateway Blvd., Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL.

Exams are graded at the site immediately upon completion. A Salesperson may engage in Real Estate services after passing the exam and activating the license through a broker. We, of course, recommend CENTURY 21 Birchwood Realty.  The actual license will arrive by mail in about six to eight weeks.
